Design and Printing Services
The layout design is determined by the style and features of the property.
*All packages include design fee, printing cost and shipping/delivery charge.
No multiple black and white printouts available at this time. We will let you know when this changes.Payment Information:
We email you an invoice once the job is complete and been approved. We accept credit / debit card payments and check payments. Please note: New policy in effect as of August 1st, 2009 - Any invoiced amount that is past due 2 weeks of invoice date will incur a fee of $10. To help with payment convenience, we have an automatic credit / debit card payment option which is not only convenient, but beneficial as we give you 5% off your invoice total for each invoice paid in that manner. Contact us to have that form emailed or faxed to you.
Additional Services:
Newspaper or Magazine Set Up
Just tell us what you want, ad size, deadline plus where / who we are sending it to...and that will be one last thing you have to worry about. Cost varies on ad size. Call for pricing.
Floorplan Redraw or Clean Up
Is your floorplan not as clean and crisp as it should be? Call us for details on redrawing it, touch-ups, adding room names / sizes, etc.
Specialty Pieces
If you have a marketing piece in mind but can't find anything similar to it on our website, call or email us and we will be happy to help turn that idea into reality. How It All Works:
Proof turnaround time is 2 business days after we receive the photos from your photographer. Once you notify us with changes and approval, we ship the prints via UPS next day delivery.
