At Preferred Design, our goal is to help you, the client, succeed in effectively representing a property that is on the market in print and on the web. We achieve this through high quality custom design pieces - whether through printed flyers, brochures or publication ads, with the help of illustrative copy writing and beautiful color photography.

AnaLisa Valero, the owner, has been creating real estate marketing pieces since 2001 and is very familiar with what her clients need, look for and expect. With that in mind, she delights in surpassing those expectations. Her experience as a homeowner, and going through the process of searching for a home for herself and her family, she is keenly aware of what home buyers (in general) are looking for, what catches their eye, as well as what home sellers are looking to convey to those potential buyers.
